Reservations for individuals are only accepted online. Please make a reservation using the reservation form on this site.
Cancellation of reservation
Reservations can also be cancelled online. After the reservation is completed, you will receive a “Thank you for your reservation at [Mizkan Museum]” email.
Please use the cancellation URL provided in this email to complete the cancellation procedure.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us by phone.
Persons using wheelchairs/requiring assistance
If you use a wheelchair (a person who has difficulty walking) or require assistance, please make the reservation by phone.
*This museum has many steps, so please do not hesitate to call us.
Travel agent
If you are a travel agent, please make reservations by phone.
Important notice
- Reservations can be made from the same day one month in advance of your desired tour date (if the museum is closed on the same day of the previous month (Thursday), reservations may be made earlier).
- Reservations can be made for up to 30 people per group.
- For the time being, we will not be accepting reservations for groups of more than 30 people.
