Before making a reservation

- Reservations are accepted online.
-However, if you are a travel agent, use a wheelchair, require assistance, or are from a nursing care facility, please make the reservation by phone.
- Please choose either the Full Museum Tour or the Mini Museum Tour.
- When making a tour reservation, please choose a date when you can definitely visit.

1. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in disinfecting your hands with sanitizer (alcohol-based) and having your temperature taken at the reception.
2. Those who are under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry for safety reasons.
3. Those who do not comply with requests from staff and rules within the building may be asked to leave the building.
4. (Only for the Full Museum Tour) The guide will be providing explanations throughout the tour, so participants with small children who cannot keep quiet may be asked to refrain from visiting some zones.
5. You will find the reception to be busy around the tour start times, so please arrive early on the day of your visit.
6. Please note that admission fees cannot be refunded after completing the reception process.
7. Even within the maximum duration of stay, you will not be allowed to re-enter the museum after returning your entry pass.

1. Initiatives to prevent the three Cs: - Continuous mechanical ventilation during the hours the museum is open, and guides using loudspeakers when speaking

2. Thorough health management of staff members: - Temperature checks every morning, hand washing and disinfection, and continuous wearing of masks

3. Disinfection of the inside of the museum: Equipment and supplies are regularly disinfected.
