- Reservations are accepted online.
- Please choose either the Full Museum Course or the Mini Museum Course.
- When making a course reservation, please choose a date when you can definitely visit.
- I do not make the reservation from the travel agent. When I am proved to be a reservation from the travel agent, I may decline a visit.
- The entering a building charges become the payment that they gather it up.
- The issuance of receipt becomes one piece in 1 cashier.

1. Those who are under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry for safety reasons.
2. Those who do not comply with requests from staff and rules within the building may be asked to leave the building.
3. (Only for the Full Museum Course) When I am 20 minutes late from time made a reception, I may not enter the zone with the guide.
4. (Only for the Full Museum Course) The guide will be providing explanations throughout the tour, so participants with small children who cannot keep quiet may be asked to refrain from visiting some zones.
5. You will find the reception to be busy around the tour start times, so please arrive early on the day of your visit.
6. When there are the number of people and estrangement reserved beforehand in the case of a reception desk, I may have entering a building charges for the number of people at the time of the reservation. On the number of people change, I would like notification beforehand.
7. Please note that admission fees cannot be refunded after completing the reception process.
8. Even within the maximum duration of stay, you will not be allowed to re-enter the museum after returning your entry pass.
9. There is not notification and should be cancellation when one hour passes from the final reception time.
