About MIM
Mizkan Museum (MIM) is an interactive museum where visitors can enjoy and learn about the history of Mizkan’s vinegar production and the appeal of culinary culture.

MIM is a facility that retains the scenery of ancient black walls along the canal, valuing tradition, innovation and the environment while passing down to future generations the history of Mizkan's vinegar production, brewing techniques, commitment to monozukuri craftsmanship, and the appeal of culinary culture.

It is an interactive museum where visitors can look, touch, enjoy, and learn, and hopefully, want to visit again and again.
